This artist is the same artist I did my response on I wanted to do his artwork again because I really like that work he makes. His name if you haven't read my first response is Aled Lewis. These art work show a lot of detail with all the pixels it shows what the character is doing and how it looks like. Most of these work are pretty funny which gives it that weird look to them which is the part i like abut his artwork. The meaning I think about these artwork are that He wants them to be silly but yet artist, like you see something you didn't see the first time but start chuckling because you thought it was a nice touch or just that it was funny.
Most of these Character I know because I either grew up with them or just seem noticeable like Mario, Kirby, Mickey mouse, E.T, street fighter, the gameboy, batman, Link, Donkey kong, etc. All these character are very precious memory from my childhood. the way how these characters movement makes it more amusing to look at. Just like the artwork were Mario does his jump it looks like as if he punch the character which gives it that funny felling to it. Or the excite bike character with E.T. on the front. The way he has these artwork makes me want to make pixel art as well, but I want to make one of those artwork where you look from a different angle the the artwork would look normal but if I turn it to a different angle it would stretch out making it different then what it actually was suppose to look like. |

These 3 artwork are example of both pixel art in the real world. I think this is the eyes of a child when these games first came out. They looked so realistic to them and what to see how they would look like in real life. Back in my day I wanted to see how video game characters would look like or how would they act in the real world, will they be able to talk, will they act like us people, will they be able to fit. I really like Aled Lewis pixel in real world artwork because some give that childhood memory's that you don't want to forget. It give that felling like you are about to have the great time of your life as if you are going to an adventure.
