This is the model I'm going to be using for my final artwork. The things that is going well is on how i removed the background from the original picture which was the difficult part. I had problems with removing the background with the magic wand tool but it made the person way to sharp on the outlines so i decided to do the eraser tool even though it was more difficult than the other tools but it actually does it right. I been thinking about changing my theme from a apocalypse to a raid from zombies or some kind of sad and saving the world kind??? I was told that this picture would look better than the other ones so i picked this one as my main model. I could say that I have made progress on my erasing skills because I mostly make mistakes and erase too much of it but now you can hardly see the lines where I erased the background and the mistakes I made not not too major though.

My next artwork theme is going to be apocalypse. I want to show a destroyed city where every single person is in despair while the main person in the artwork still has hope in him. I wanted to person to be someone else than myself because I mostly do artworks about myself than other people. So I deiced to do one over my friend Martin, but right now I'm taking pictures for the time being while thinking about how the whole layout would look like.

I know that I didn't take many pictures each time I add or change something. I was too into my own artwork that I didn't care about anything else I was so distracted and stressed out by how hard it was to find the right ways to make wings that are burning on fire. After a few days I found a video on how to make some really cool looking ones so I decided that video would help solve all my problems. After my whole work time I had I finished my artwork not on time but also not too late as well. I decided to name this artwork, " Don't believe what you see".

I'm thinking about making an angel as my next pieces. It's not going to be a random angel I'll probably take picture of this girl I know or maybe take one of myself because she lives far away so I don't know how I'll be able to take pictures of her without having a way to meet up with her. I might chose different angles to pic from and pic my most favorite picture and try out my new skills I learned and add them to the photoshopped angel. The ideas I was thinking about was the smoke effect to give the background that cloud look to it. I'm also thinking about giving it some lighting to make it look as if your seeing this picture in a dream of some sort.

I wouldn't say I made these artworks myself I mostly just looked up video and tried out what the video is suppose to show you like the smoke effect on my friend Martin. I tried out different art styles for these guy but I either couldn't find the right now, some were just too difficult, or the video couldn't explain each step specific. One of the problem I ran into was that some of the smoke brushes were ether too thin or some just didn't look good at all. Which gave me a hard time to decide which would look good. All the credit goes to the people who showed me how to do these effects because these artwork were just practice for me so I learn new things to make for my future artworks. I sometimes lose my patients with these types of artworks because the video is going too fast so I have to backtrack on the video so I can catch up with the person.

PROCESS JOURNAL #6 (3/11/16)I had the Idea of having the picture I took to have a sort of reflection of a certain thing like two pictures combining together to create one. But since I took a picture of my friend Samuel Paz I figured since he was born in California I decided to add an ocean to it but it didn't work put how I wanted it to be so I had to restart it all over again. I looked at videos and see how other people did it but some were too simple, complicated, and too long because I don't have much time to work on my artwork due to the time I have in class. I picked the one that would seem best for me and I did. I then looked for pictures that reminds both him and me about California since I was born there as well and I found some trees that would look interesting to create out of. After I did all the cropping off and changing the color to him so I can start on the multi-pictures artwork. When I finished the the artwork on sam it seemed a little off but I then figured out I can add duplicate layer on top and paint over what I wanted back to be normal and I felt good because if I couldn't do that then it would frustrate me because of that. I then added a new layer and added a very dark blue and the changed the color of it from normal to lighten to give that nice background to the picture. Right now I going to be starting on my friend martin which I have some very interesting ideas for him. The reason I'm doing gone of my friend Martin was because sometimes I get done with a project and the I just get bored because I got nothing to do until the next project starts.

I gotten ideas from different video I saw on YouTube for Photoshop. I wanted to have my two best friends in one of my artworks. I want to have these pictures coming of of them like you see from ads of beauty and sports. But I want to have both simple and serious for these two, But also I have a third picture of them both together. I wanted the third picture to be a funny and crazy one because I always make some simple artworks or some serious. I actually am learning how to remove the background from a picture really good, I usually have little bits from the old background in my old artworks and it was really annoying me whenever I see it. But i gained experience.

Overall when I was having fun making this artwork even thought it was kind of annoying at times. The things that went well was the GIF when I started it. I had to do two different way on how to do the GIF. One was the click and drag which was a pretty hard to do because I don't know if I went over too much or not, and theres the arrow click where I double click and then duplicate the picture. The only probable is that When I looked at the GIF some parts show that it went forward the backwards then forward again it was kind of stressful. I still sticked with the same idea which is a rare thing for me because I usually change some little parts or edit some part to make it look better but I didn't do that for this piece which gave me more time to finish it in time. I was told that I should double click for the arrow click so I wouldn't have 300 clips of the pic going .1 sec each time. I feel like my skills has increased and I leveled up (gamer joke) besides that I really like how I improved over my whole high school year and I hope I improve even more.

When I was done with the outlining I made a new page to start my second part of the final artwork. I found video that shows very easy step on how to make a galactic background for a project. The reason I made the galaxy artwork was because that my GIF is suppose to show the galaxy moving not the person. For example when you look at the sky closely you can see the clouds moving so I wanted the galaxy to move as well if that makes an sense.

Over the past few day I have been removing and outlining the sweater. I've decided to remove all of it completely after wards when I add the outline it would still look like a sweater. Some of the outlines may look thicker than most it's because some of the outlines is suppose to have a shadow because from the original picture the sweater it shows it being tucked in so it has the little shadow hole so I added that for the outline of it to make it look real as much as possible.

My idea was to make a GIF of a picture of a person. But I want to delete the whole jacket but still leaving out the outlines. So when the colo not the jacket is removed you can still see that it's still a jacket. Also I want the inside of that jacket to have like some sort of Galaxy sky in it. Also the GIF would be as if the sky was moving. Right now I got help taking the pictures and removing the background first so I can have multiple copy's of the person when I make the GIF.
